The land and buildings where an insured operates or lives, as identified in the policy or by ownership or lease. In general liability coverage it locates the exposure for bodily injury and property damage claims, including the ways immediately adjoining the property such as sidewalks. It is separate from the coverage territory, which sets the geographic limits of the policy, such as the United States, its territories and Canada.
