341 notice

A notice sent to all creditors in a bankruptcy case, informing them of the date, time, and location of the meeting of creditors, also known as the 341 meeting. This meeting allows the bankruptcy trustee and creditors to question the debtor under oath about their financial affairs. Attendance by the debtor is mandatory.
