Customs Court

A specialized court that historically adjudicated disputes related to customs duties, tariffs, and international trade. In the United States, this function was primarily handled by the United States Customs Court, which was later reorganized into the United States Court of International Trade. This court has exclusive jurisdiction over civil actions arising from federal laws governing international trade.
