Interlocutory

Referring to a ruling, order, or judgment that is not final and does not fully resolve the entire case. Interlocutory decisions address specific issues or procedures during the course of litigation, such as discovery disputes or preliminary injunctions. These orders are generally not immediately appealable until a final judgment is rendered.
