LLP

A Limited Liability Partnership, a business structure that provides its partners with limited personal liability for the debts and obligations of the partnership. This means that individual partners are not personally responsible for the malpractice or negligence of other partners. LLPs are often formed by professionals such as lawyers, accountants, and architects.
