Satisfaction

The fulfillment of an obligation or the discharge of a debt, often through payment or performance of agreed-upon terms. In contract law, it signifies that a party has met their contractual duties, thereby extinguishing the other party's right to demand further performance. This concept is distinct from accord, which is an agreement to accept something different than what was originally promised.
