SEP-IRA

A retirement savings account established under a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plan. Employers contribute directly to these individual retirement accounts on behalf of their eligible employees, including themselves if self-employed. Contributions are tax-deductible for the employer and grow tax-deferred until withdrawal, similar to a traditional IRA but with higher contribution limits.
