Unbundled legal services

The provision of legal assistance where a lawyer performs only specific tasks or provides advice on particular aspects of a client's case, rather than handling the entire matter from start to finish. The client retains responsibility for other parts of the legal process. This approach contrasts with traditional full-service representation.
