Winding up a corporation

The process of formally dissolving a corporation, involving the cessation of business operations, liquidation of assets, and settlement of debts. This procedure typically follows a decision by shareholders or a court order. Remaining assets are distributed to shareholders after all liabilities are satisfied, and the corporation ceases to exist as a legal entity.
