De minimis

A legal principle allowing for the exemption of certain low-value goods from duties, taxes, or formal entry procedures upon importation. It applies when the value of the imported items falls below a specified threshold set by customs authorities in the destination country. For example, the de minimis threshold in the United States for most goods is $800.
