Abrolhos squalls

Strong, localized wind gusts and thunderstorms that develop off the coast of Western Australia, particularly near the Abrolhos Islands. These squalls form when a sea breeze interacts with a pre-existing trough or frontal system, leading to rapid convection. They are a hazard to marine activities and coastal regions during the warmer months.
