Agonic line
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-003366
An imaginary line on the Earth's surface connecting points where the magnetic declination is zero, meaning true north and magnetic north are aligned. Along this line, a compass needle points directly to true north without any deviation. Its position slowly shifts over time due to changes in the Earth's magnetic field.
