Anticyclonic

Relating to or characteristic of an anticyclone, a high-pressure system where air descends and diverges at the surface. In the Northern Hemisphere, anticyclonic flow is clockwise, while in the Southern Hemisphere, it is counter-clockwise. Anticyclonic conditions are typically associated with clear skies, light winds, and stable weather.
