Daily range of temperature

The difference between the daily maximum temperature and the daily minimum temperature recorded over a 24-hour period. This value indicates the extent of temperature fluctuation within a single day, reflecting factors such as cloud cover, humidity, and proximity to large bodies of water. A large daily range often occurs in clear, dry conditions.
