Humid climate

A climate classification characterized by high levels of atmospheric moisture, where annual precipitation exceeds potential evapotranspiration. Such climates lack a pronounced dry season, supporting lush vegetation and maintaining high relative humidity throughout much of the year. Under the Köppen climate classification system, humid climates are designated by the primary letters A (tropical), C (temperate), and D (continental), provided they do not meet the criteria for an arid (B) classification.
