Humid microthermal climate

A climate type, also known as a cold temperate or boreal climate, characterized by long, cold, and snowy winters and short, warm summers, with ample precipitation throughout the year. The average temperature of the coldest month is typically below -3°C (26.6°F), and the warmest month is above 10°C (50°F). These climates are found in the higher mid-latitudes and support coniferous forests.
