Sea turn

A local change in wind direction near coastal areas, where the prevailing wind shifts from an offshore to an onshore flow. This phenomenon is driven by differential heating between land and sea, creating a pressure gradient that draws cooler, denser air inland. It is a common feature of sea breezes.
