Frost mist

A faint haze of very small ice crystals hanging in the air, so the particles are solid rather than liquid. Ice fog is the more common name for the same kind of suspension. Fog droplets turn into ice crystals only in very cold air, generally at or below minus 35 degrees Celsius.
