Arctic mist

A type of fog or mist that forms in very cold arctic air, often when relatively warmer, moist air moves over a much colder surface. This can also occur as ice fog, where tiny ice crystals are suspended in the air at extremely low temperatures. It significantly reduces visibility in polar regions.
