High arctic climate

A severe polar climate characterized by extremely cold temperatures, very short, cool summers, and minimal precipitation, primarily occurring in the northernmost regions of the Arctic. This climate zone experiences continuous permafrost, and vegetation is limited to tundra species. Average monthly temperatures rarely rise above 0 degrees Celsius, even in the warmest months.
