Snow board

A flat, white-painted board, typically elevated slightly above the ground, used to measure the depth of new snowfall. After each snowfall event, the accumulated snow is cleared from the board, allowing for accurate measurement of subsequent snow accumulation. This instrument provides a standardized method for recording daily snowfall amounts.
