Upon administration, the autologous anti-CLL-1-CAR T lymphocytes BG1805 specifically target and bind to CLL-1-expressing tumor cells. This induces selective toxicity in CLL-1-expressing tumor cells. CLL-1, a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily, is overexpressed in leukemic stem cells (LSCs) and plays an important role in disease progression and relapse in myeloid malignancies.",
