COPP regimen

  1. An abbreviation for a chemotherapy combination used to treat Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It includes the drugs cyclophosphamide, vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), procarbazine hydrochloride, and prednisone. Also called COPP.

  2. A regimen that is a derivative of the original MOPP regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, procarbazine and prednisone used as an initial treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma. Also used for the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
