Upon subcutaneous administration of Tag-7 gene-modified vaccine (GMV), the Tag-7 transfected tumor cells express Tag-7 which is presented to the immune system and activates the innate immune system. This may activate the immune system to exert a T-lymphocyte-mediated immune response against Tag-7-expressing tumor cells.",
