PolyJet
Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000294
A proprietary material jetting additive manufacturing technology developed by Stratasys, which uses inkjet print heads to deposit liquid photopolymer droplets onto a build tray. These droplets are immediately cured by UV light, forming solid layers that accumulate to create a three-dimensional object. PolyJet printers can combine different photopolymers in a single print to achieve varying material properties or colors within one part.
