Biodiversity action plan

A strategic document that outlines specific measures and targets for the conservation and enhancement of biological diversity within a defined geographical area or for particular species. These plans identify threats to biodiversity and propose actions to mitigate them, such as habitat restoration, species protection, and sustainable resource management. Many countries develop national biodiversity action plans in accordance with international conventions.
