Examinational compatibility

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004160

A relation among several examination results for the same examinand and kind of nominal property whose nominal property value sets overlap, so that all the results can be consistent with a single true value. It is the counterpart for categories of the metrological compatibility of measurement results. For example, a result of A or AB is compatible with a result of A, whereas a result of A is not compatible with a result of B.
