Good agricultural practice

A set of principles and practices applied to agricultural production processes, from pre-production to post-harvest, to produce safe and healthy food and non-food agricultural products. These practices aim to minimize environmental impact, protect worker health and safety, and promote animal welfare. Compliance with these practices is often monitored by national and international regulatory bodies.
