Pareto optimization
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008471
A method of finding solutions to multi-objective optimization problems where no single objective can be improved without making at least one other objective worse. The goal is to identify a set of Pareto optimal solutions, which collectively form the Pareto front. This approach is widely applied in drug discovery to balance efficacy, toxicity, and other pharmacological properties.
