Pareto front

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008470

A set of solutions in multi-objective decision-making where no single objective can be improved without degrading at least one other objective. Each point on the Pareto front represents a Pareto efficient solution, meaning it is not dominated by any other solution in the search space. This concept is applied in computational drug design to identify compounds that balance multiple desirable properties, such as potency and selectivity.
