Optimization
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008290
The process of finding the best set of conditions or parameters for a chemical process or analytical method to achieve a desired outcome. This involves systematically varying experimental factors and observing their effect on a response variable. The goal is to maximize or minimize a specific performance criterion, such as yield, sensitivity, or resolution.
