Optimisation of extraction
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008289
The process of systematically adjusting experimental parameters to achieve the most efficient and effective separation of a target analyte from a matrix using an extraction technique. This involves finding the best conditions for factors such as solvent type, temperature, pH, and extraction time. The goal is to maximize recovery and minimize matrix interference.
