Extraction rate

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004294

The speed at which a substance is transferred from one phase to another during an extraction process. This rate is influenced by factors such as temperature, agitation, surface area, and the diffusion coefficients of the components. It determines the time required to achieve a desired level of separation.
