Interaction effect
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005923
The phenomenon where the effect of one factor on a response variable depends on the level of another factor. This implies that the combined effect of two or more factors is not simply the sum of their individual effects. Interaction effects are commonly analyzed in experimental design and multivariate statistical methods.
