A toggle key on a computer keyboard that controls the functionality of the numeric keypad. When activated, the keys on the numeric keypad produce numbers; when deactivated, they function as navigation keys (e.g., Home, End, Page Up). Its state is often indicated by an LED light on the keyboard.
