PBX

A private telephone network used within a company or organization. It allows internal calls between users on local lines while also sharing a limited number of external lines for outgoing and incoming calls. Modern PBX systems often use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, known as IP PBX, to route calls over data networks.
