Petaflops
Term · Computing and IT · MLC-T-CMP-001523
A measure of a computer's processing speed, representing one quadrillion (10^15) floating-point operations per second. This metric is used to gauge the performance of supercomputers and large-scale computing clusters engaged in scientific and engineering simulations.
