WPA

Wi-Fi Protected Access, a security protocol and certification program developed to secure wireless computer networks. It provides data encryption and user authentication, addressing weaknesses found in the earlier Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) standard. WPA2 and WPA3 are later iterations offering stronger cryptographic algorithms and enhanced security features.
