Cationic Polymer

1. A polymer having positively charged groups of ions; often used as a coagulant aid.

2. Polymer that contains a net positively charged atom(s) or associated groups of atoms covalently linked to its polymer molecule.

3. Polymer that contains a net positively charged atom(s) or associated group(s) of atoms covalently linked to the polymer molecule. This includes, but is not limited to phosphonium, sulfonium, and ammonium cations.
