Meaning contained in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 42 U.S.C. 2014 et seq., and the regulations issued thereunder [40 CFR 710.3 (CFR 2013)]\n\n3. Source materials are (i) uranium or thorium or any combination of uranium and thorium in any physical or chemical form or (ii) ores that contain, by weight, one-twentieth of one percent (0.05 percent), or more, of uranium, thorium, or any combination of uranium and thorium.
