As-built

Describing a drawing, model, or set of documents that shows the final, completed condition of a project, including all modifications and field changes made during the construction process. As-built drawings are prepared by the contractor to record discrepancies between the original design plans and the final constructed reality. These records are a permanent reference for future maintenance, renovations, or facility management.
