Kidding

The process of parturition in goats, where a female goat, known as a doe, gives birth to one or more offspring, called kids. Producers monitor does closely as the kidding date approaches, looking for physical signs like udder development and behavioral changes. The gestation period for most goat breeds is approximately 150 days, after which the doe will seek a secluded spot to deliver her young.
