Pick stitch

A small, individual stitch that passes through all layers of fabric and is visible on the right side of a garment, used for both decorative and functional purposes. It is applied to finish edges on lapels, collars, and pocket flaps, creating a subtle, textured detail. This stitch can be created by hand for a bespoke look or by a specialized machine to replicate the hand-sewn appearance.
