Positive logic

A convention in digital electronics where a higher voltage level represents a logical '1' or true state, and a lower voltage level represents a logical '0' or false state. This is the most common convention used in modern digital circuits and microprocessors. Conversely, negative logic assigns the logical '1' to the lower voltage.
