Logic high
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-003413
The voltage level in a digital circuit that represents a binary '1' or true state. This level is typically close to the positive power supply voltage (VCC) for transistor-transistor logic (TTL) or complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) circuits. The specific voltage range for logic high is defined by the logic family standard.
