TTL
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-006224
Transistor-Transistor Logic, a class of digital circuits built from bipolar junction transistors, widely used in integrated circuits from the 1960s to the 1980s. It operates with a supply voltage of 5 volts and defines logic high as typically 2.4 to 5 volts and logic low as 0 to 0.8 volts. Many early microprocessors and digital systems relied on TTL technology.
