Power shovel

A heavy construction machine equipped with a large, front-mounted bucket or dipper, used for excavating and loading earth, rock, or other bulk materials. It operates by digging upwards and outwards from a fixed position. Power shovels are commonly employed in mining, quarrying, and large-scale civil engineering projects.
