Rebeam
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-004715
To transfer warp yarn from one beam to another by winding it off the first and onto the second. Rebeaming is done on a beaming machine that keeps the yarn under even tension while it winds, so the new beam is wound with consistent density across its width. A warp beam is the roller that carries the warp on the loom.
