Sequential manual gearbox

A type of transmission where gears must be selected in a specific order, either up or down, rather than allowing direct selection of any gear. This design is common in motorcycles and racing cars, offering faster and more precise gear changes compared to a conventional H-pattern manual gearbox. Shifting is typically performed with a single lever movement for each gear change.
