Syntonization

The process of adjusting two or more oscillatory circuits or systems to resonate at the same frequency. This alignment allows for maximum energy transfer or signal reception between the tuned components. In radio communication, syntonization is achieved by varying inductance or capacitance to match the desired broadcast frequency.
